The core equipment most important to solar panel manufacturing facilities is the ingot grower. Most of the vacuum parts constituting ingot growers by South Korean companies HKSilicon and by Osung LST are our products, including magnetic fluid seals, welded bellows, vacuum parts, vacuum pipers, and vacuum valves.

The characteristic feature and main issue for products used in solar panel-related facilities are usage life span and performance maintenance against high temperatures and corrosive gases. Based on our industry experience and expertise, we offer lasting life span and high performance solutions for high-vacuum valves.
